ROTATOR CUFF MRI RESULTS--PLEASE INTERPRET!? - biceps tendon pain at ac joint

Here is the report of my right shoulder MRI section RCT (40yrs old has complained of pain during the 3 months, range of motion diminshed)

The test consists of oblique sagittal and coronal oblique proton-density and crown Axiane Spinechophysics fat-suppressed fast T2-weighted sequences. The rotator cuff is normal is a sign, not atrophy or denervation edema. Small Round infraspinatus tendon is intact is intact. supraspinatus show an intermediate signal in the enthesis with the edges of the tendon appears intact. the fibers of the tendon intact sample with an intensity slightly greater indication of a tendon inflammation. biscpes tendon is in the slot and bicpital show the normal contour and signal. Biceps anchor is intact. Labrum always shows supreiored-signal degenerates and appears without any fragment displaced appreciated. the posterior margin below the equator, has a balanced approach, signaling that the reference to a cyst intralabral reflects a torn labrum. lower posterior labrum appeared normal. the anterior ridge in Ecuador, it is more like W and lower lip of the signal indicates an increase or a change of morphology. Capsular ligament complex is of normal thickness. shows humeral head cyst deep insertion enthesopathic thorny. jugular cartilage is well preserved, as well as the glenois cartilage. No changes proliferative oseous a lower edge of the clavicle or acronium with normal morphology of the individual. no synovial proliferation in the CA-Joint. coracoacromomial Volume is normal. Rotator appear .. Fair

Can you translate with the knowledge of orthopedics ask them in English for me? Thanks

1. ENTHESOPATHIC you have an inflammatory cyst cyst in the humerus (humeral head, to be exact) was the insertion in the shoulder. Treatments are usually NSAIDs. It is regarded as a pathological process and not as an acute injury,

2. You have a torn labrum tear in the socket where the humerus meets the scapula (shoulder blade). Treatment usually consists of anti-inflammatory drugs such as aspirin or ibuprofen. Also physical therapy and strength training is necessary. In the worst case, the operation is an option if other treatments fail.

Everything else is in the shoulder - in particular, no rotator cuff normal. That's good.

I hopeThis is useful, you should really read these links.

It seems as though you may have a torn muscle, with the participation of some tendons.

Jump on these results with the doc who ordered the MRI for you.
