Every year I go into another cookie on the agenda of the farm and this year I did not know to what kind of cookie, but I chose this type of recipes would be appreciated. =]

Macadamia Cookies
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
3 / 4 c. Tea Soda
1 / 2 teaspoon baking powder
Salt 1 / 2 teaspoon
1 cup butter, soft
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
8 oz white chocolate baking squares, cut into cubes
Or
1 1 / 2 cup white chocolate baking chips
Roasted 3 / 4 cup unsalted macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375th Interpret line a baking tray with baking paper. Soda mix, give baking flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
With mixer, beat butter in large bowl until fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add brown sugar and stir until smooth. Add egg and vanilla. T-Stopor on the sides of the bowl scraping with a rubber spatula. Stir in flour mixture in 3 stages and include white chocolate and nuts.
Take walnut large mounds of cookie dough on baking sheet, so that 2 cm between hills. Bake 8-10 minutes, until cookies are golden brown.
Remove tray from oven and transfer cookies to a parchment to cooling racks. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 1 week. Freeze for longer storage.
